Can I order online at Pacific Gold dispensaries?

Yes, Pacific Gold offers online ordering for in-store pickup or delivery.

Can you ship to my state/house?

Since cannabis has not been legalized at the federal level, we are unable to ship products. We’d love to see you in one of our stores!

What do I need to shop at a Pacific Gold marijuana dispensary?

In states where cannabis is recreational, like Oregon, California and Nevada, all you need is a valid government issued photo ID and be 21 years old. In states that are medical only, you will be required to provide a state specific issued “medical card” and a physician’s recommendation.

Can I exchange a defective product at Pacific Gold dispensaries?

It is Pacific Gold Cannabis’ policy to only allow returns on faulty cartridges & contaminated products.

* Faulty Cartridges must be returned as follows:
Faulty cartridge returns are permitted within 48 hrs of original purchase with receipt in their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.

* Contaminated products (such as a large hair in a Bud or moldy edibles) must be returned as follows:
Contaminated product returns are permitted within 48 hrs of original purchase with receipt in their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.

* Contaminated products & faulty cartridge returns absolutely require approval from a manager, or a lead if a manager is not present. We will process your return and refund the total amount cash due. You are free to make another purchase if you so choose. We do not do exchanges, we refund the amount due only. In some cases management may need to review camera footage to verify your purchase despite having the original receipt.

Can I purchase in Pacific Gold dispensaries as a recreational tourist, or do I need a Oregon state ID?

If you have a valid government issued photo ID showing you are 21+, you can shop in our Oregon locations, no medical recommendation required.

Can I travel with cannabis?

Since cannabis is not legal at the federal level, you cannot take product outside of the state in which it was purchased.

How do I earn Pacific Gold Buds Rewards points?

Pacific Gold rewards members receive one point for every pre-tax dollar spent, on all qualifying purchases (excluding gift card purchases) in participating when online orders for pick-up (where available) are placed on PacificGoldEast.com.

How can I use my Pacific Gold rewards?

Rewards may be combined and are redeemable instore and online on products and apparel, except when noted. Rewards have no cash value and may not be used toward the purchase of a gift card  or  redeemed in partial increments.

Do my Pacific Gold rewards points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date you joined. If you shop anytime within your membership year, your account becomes active and you will have an additional 12 months to accumulate points for redemption.

Where can I find my Pacific Gold rewards points balance?

Any store associate can look up your rewards account in-store. You will also receive rewards balance emails detailing what you’ve earned.

Why haven't I received my points yet?

Points are issued within 24 hours from a qualifying purchase. 200 points will automatically be deducted from your points balance once you earn each reward. You will receive an email notification when the award is posted to your account.
