Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to any residential address within the city limits of Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon. Per the OLCC, no deliveries can be made to any location outside of the city limits of which the establishment resides. If you are unsure, you can check your address at Portland Maps. Can you ship to my state/house?

Since cannabis has not been legalized at the federal level, we are unable to ship products. We’d love to see you in one of our stores! For full OLCC guidelines, please read the OLCC Retailer Home Delivery Guide.

Can you deliver to my work, hotel, or dorm?

No, unfortunately it is against regulations for us to deliver to any place of business. AirBnB is allowed though! For full OLCC guidelines, please read the OLCC Retailer Home Delivery Guide.

What is your delivery minimum?

Our delivery minimum is $40, after tax.

Can I pay with my debit or credit card?

We currently we can not accept credit and debit cards, only cash.

Do I need to receive my order in person?

Yes, whoever places the order MUST be home to receive it, as we are required to collect a signature and verify ID. For full OLCC guidelines, please read the OLCC Retailer Home Delivery Guide.

What does the driver need from me upon delivery?

We require payment, a VAILD ID (check here to see all forms of expectable ID), and a signature from whoever placed the order.

How much can I order?

Recreational Daily Limits

  • 1oz of flower
  • 5 grams of concentrates
  • 16oz of edibles in solid form
  • 72oz edibles liquid form

OMMP Daily Limits

  • 8 oz of flower
  • 5 grams of concentrates
  • 16oz of edibles in solid form
  • 72oz edibles liquid form

No more than $3000 (retail value) worth of marijuana items may be “out for delivery” for home delivery at any time (although if you do this we will definitely give you a bong.)

Can I make multiple deliveries to the same address in a single day?

No, retailer may not make more than one delivery to the same address in a single day, even if the delivery is to a different individual. For full OLCC guidelines, please read the OLCC Retailer Home Delivery Guide.

Are you discreet? How will my order be delivered?

However you prefer as long as it follows OLCC guidelines! We use food delivery service bags to make it as discreet as possible. Place delivery instructions in the notes section if you have a specific request.

Can I order online at Pacific Gold dispensaries?

Yes, Pacific Gold offers online ordering for in-store pickup or delivery.

What do I need to shop at a Pacific Gold marijuana dispensary?

In states where cannabis is recreational, like Oregon, California and Nevada, all you need is a valid government issued photo ID and be 21 years old. In states that are medical only, you will be required to provide a state specific issued “medical card” and a physician’s recommendation. Check here to see the OLCC Guidelines of identification.

What is a valid ID?

Unexpired and unaltered versions of the following:

  • An unexpired and unaltered U.S. state or District of Columbia driver license.
  • An unexpired and unaltered identification card issued by a U.S. state, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, or American Samoa, with photo, name, date of birth, and physical description.
  • An unexpired and unaltered ID card issued by a federally recognized Indian tribe with photo, name, and date of birth.
  • An unexpired and unaltered passport or passport card.
  • An unexpired and unaltered U.S. military ID card.
  • An unexpired and unaltered NEXUS or SENTRI card.

Can I exchange a defective product at Pacific Gold dispensaries?

It is Pacific Gold Cannabis’ policy to only allow returns on faulty cartridges & contaminated products.

* Faulty Cartridges must be returned as follows:
Faulty cartridge returns are permitted within 48 hrs of original purchase with receipt in their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.

* Contaminated products (such as a large hair in a Bud or moldy edibles) must be returned as follows:
Contaminated product returns are permitted within 48 hrs of original purchase with receipt in their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.

* Contaminated products & faulty cartridge returns absolutely require approval from a manager, or a lead if a manager is not present. We will process your return and refund the total amount cash due. You are free to make another purchase if you so choose. We do not do exchanges, we refund the amount due only. In some cases management may need to review camera footage to verify your purchase despite having the original receipt.

Can I purchase in Pacific Gold dispensaries as a recreational tourist, or do I need a Oregon state ID?

What qualifies for price matching?

The product must be a matching brand, product, and cannabinoids to qualify.

Can I travel with cannabis?

Since cannabis is not legal at the federal level, you cannot take product outside of the state in which it was purchased.
